The Youth GLIC Leadership Team is a group of dedicated young leaders who represent the heart of our mission. These students support GLIC programs, assist at events, lead volunteer activities, and serve as role models for junior golfers in our community.
Through service, teamwork, and a passion for golf, they help strengthen GLIC's impact and inspire the next generation to grow both on and off the course.

The GLIC Hub is more than a network — it's a community. Each school node represents a group of student-athletes who participate in GLIC programs, volunteer at events, and mentor younger golfers.
Through this connective model, students from different schools collaborate on leadership projects, share ideas at monthly meetings, and build friendships that extend beyond the golf course.

Youth GLIC members lead and participate in a range of volunteer programs — from mentoring juniors on the course to hosting tournaments and connecting schools through golf.
GLIC brings Ivy League and top-university students — former high school golfers — back as guest mentors. These seminar sessions cover academics, college applications, leadership, and life beyond the course, connecting junior golfers with current students at their dream schools for campus tours and real admission insights.
Youth GLIC members are paired with junior golfers ages 8–12 to plan, organize, and participate in golf round events together. These coupling tournaments give younger players on-course experience while Youth leaders develop event management and mentoring skills.
Every week, Youth GLIC members volunteer as on-course mentors during junior golf round lessons. They teach younger golfers the rules of golf, proper round etiquette, sportsmanship, and course management — helping kids build confidence and respect for the game.
As representatives of their GLIC School chapters, Youth members build connections with school golf clubs across Orange County. They host inter-school golf tournaments, organize friendly matches, and create opportunities for student golfers to compete and collaborate beyond their own campuses.
Beyond their own programs, Youth GLIC members volunteer at all major GLIC Foundation events — from annual charity tournaments to community outreach days. They assist with event setup, registration, scoring, and participant engagement, gaining real-world event experience.
Youth GLIC members bring golf clinics and life skills workshops to underserved communities, after-school programs, and local recreation centers across Orange County — including adaptive golf clinics for youth with disabilities. By introducing the game to kids who may not otherwise have access, they expand the reach of golf as an inclusive platform for personal growth, discipline, and character development.
