GLIC Foundation (Golf Leadership & Inspiration Club) is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization based in Orange County, California. We empower young golfers by providing access, opportunity, and mentorship that support their growth both on and off the course.
Founded in 2025 by PGA Master Professional Hae-Yoon Jung-Kim, GLIC was created with the belief that not every young athlete — regardless of background, financial situation, or ability — has equal access to mentorship, leadership development, and meaningful opportunities. We use the game of golf as a platform to build confidence, discipline, and integrity — qualities that shape leaders for life.
Our programs bring together junior golfers from across Orange County through charity tournaments at premier golf courses, growth mentoring circles with Ivy League mentors, youth board leadership development, school partnerships, and community service initiatives.

Hae-Yoon Jung-Kim is a PGA Master Professional with over two decades of experience in golf instruction and youth development. As the founder of GLIC Foundation, she created the organization with a singular vision: to ensure that every junior golfer — regardless of background — has access to opportunities, mentorship, and a community that believes in their potential.
Under her leadership, GLIC has grown into a vibrant community of over 30 youth members across Orange County, hosting charity tournaments at premier courses like Pelican Hill, organizing growth mentoring circles with Ivy League mentors, and building school partnerships that give young people real leadership experience.
We develop leadership through youth-led programs, board positions, and event planning that build real-world confidence and responsibility.
We bring together junior golfers, families, mentors, and supporters into a network united by a shared passion for golf and youth development.
