A 501(c)(3) nonprofit golf foundation in Orange County, California — empowering youth through golf, leadership, and community.
GLIC Foundation (Golf Leadership & Inspiration Club) is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization based in Orange County, California. We empower young golfers by providing access, opportunity, and mentorship that support their growth both on and off the course.
Founded in 2025 by PGA Master Professional Hae-Yoon Jung-Kim, GLIC was created with the belief that not every young athlete — regardless of background, financial situation, or ability — has equal access to mentorship, leadership development, and meaningful opportunities. We use the game of golf as a platform to build confidence, discipline, and integrity — qualities that shape leaders for life.
Our programs bring together junior golfers from across Orange County through charity tournaments at premier golf courses, growth mentoring circles with Ivy League mentors, youth board leadership development, school partnerships, and community service initiatives.
EIN: 41-2628117 — All donations to GLIC Foundation are tax-deductible to the fullest extent allowed by law.

Hae-Yoon Jung's golf story began at age 9 in Korea. At 15, she left for Australia's Kooralbyn International School to pursue the sport and learn English. She went on to compete on the UC Irvine women's golf team and turned professional, playing on the Futures Tour.
"Teaching golf is not just about technique — it's about helping each person become the golfer and person they're meant to be."
She joined Pelican Hill Golf Club in 2008 and earned her PGA membership in 2009. After two decades of developing golfers of all levels — from First Tee beginners to Fortune 500 executives — she made history in 2025 as the first Asian woman to earn the PGA Master Professional designation, the highest honor in American golf instruction.
As the founder of GLIC Foundation, she created the organization with a singular vision: to ensure that every junior golfer — regardless of background — has access to opportunities, mentorship, and a community that believes in their potential. Under her leadership, GLIC has grown into a vibrant community of over 30 youth members across Orange County.
We develop leadership through youth-led programs, board positions, and event planning that build real-world confidence and responsibility.
We bring together junior golfers, families, mentors, and supporters into a network united by a shared passion for golf and youth development.
We believe every young person deserves the chance to play, learn, and grow — regardless of their background or financial situation.
